Important note: Personal accounts can be cancelled. In order to avoid losses caused by account theft or non-personal operations, it is necessary to confirm the account belongs to and the virtual property settlement that may be involved before cancellation

Before you cancel your account, please fully read, understand and agree to the following matters：

1、If you still insist on canceling your account, your account must meet the following conditions at the same time：

- The account has no arrears in the system；

- There are no uncompleted orders, orders/services that have been provided but not paid for in the account；

- No account disputes, including complaints or reports；

- The account is a normal account and there is no record of account restrictions。

2、During the account cancellation period, if your account is involved in disputes, including but not limited to complaints, reports, litigation, arbitration, investigations by competent state agencies, etc.，竹林書城ProHave the right to terminate the cancellation of this account without your consent。

3、Once the account is cancelled, it cannot be restored. Please back up all the information and data related to the account before proceeding. After you cancel your account, you will no longer be able to use this account, nor will you be able to retrieve any content or information related to your account (even if you use the same mobile phone number to register and use it again), including but not limited to：

- You will not be able to log in or use this account；

- The account’s personal data and historical information (including but not limited to username, nickname, avatar, comments, etc.) will not be retrieved。

Note: log out竹林書城ProAccount does not mean竹林書城ProAccount behavior and related responsibilities before account cancellation are exempted or mitigated。
